Delivery

For delivering our products we use a variety of services. For smaller orders & packages under 2kg that do not qualify for free delivery we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service, this service is guaranteed next before 1pm the next working day and will require a signature upon delivery.
For orders that are applicable for "Free" delivery we use either Royal Mail Special Delivery Service or depending on size of the package/order a courier service. We are not restricted to using any one courier service.

Ordered items that "In Stock" on the website and ordered before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Items that are "Out of Stock - Available to Order" will vary in dispatch time depending on whether or not the item purchased is in stock with our supplier. Refunds & Returns Policy

If you have placed an order with FoundationBMX and you wish to receive a refund, you must first notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item by phone on 01270 500690. The customer is responsible for all costs in returning the item(s) and on the basis it is in as new condition in its original un-opened packaging we are able to issue a refund. The Refunded amount will be that of the original item(s) cost excluding postage and packaging.

Services

Here at FoundationBMX we offer an array of services which can improve and extend the use of your BMX bike. The most popular of which is Wheel Building. Over the time we've been established we have built countless custom wheelsets for customers and rebuilt wheels after those little accidents we often have.

A general Wheel Build costs £25, that would include disassembling an existing wheel to either change the hub,rim or spokes. If you provide us with the hub, rim and spokes seperatley we can offer this service for £20. Wheel building is very time consuming and on that basis any time saved is money saved!
