Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your chosen items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment has been successfully completed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change or cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@foundationbmx.com.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

After successfully placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.


How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Transit: 3–5 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and purchasing the return shipping label.

We recommend using a tracked postal service.


Do you charge restocking fees?

No.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


How long do refunds take?

Once your returned item has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
