At FoundationBMX, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and at no additional shipping cost. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on every order delivered within the United Kingdom.

There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including severe weather, courier delays, peak shopping periods, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

If you have not received your tracking information within three business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

FoundationBMX cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered processing.

Delivery Attempts

Delivery will be made according to the courier's standard delivery procedures.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect a parcel from a designated collection point, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel must be re-shipped.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • High courier volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Operational delays

If your order experiences an unexpected delay, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Asking neighbours or other household members.

  • Contacting the delivery carrier.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
